No. Whether you need one embroidered hat or fifty branded polos, we'll happily take the order.

Can I bring in my own clothing?+

Absolutely. We embroider on customer-supplied apparel and items — just bring them in for a quick consultation.

How long does an order take?+

Most orders are completed within 2–7 business days, depending on complexity and current schedule. Rush options are often available.

Do you ship across Canada?+

Yes. We're based in London, Ontario and ship anywhere in Canada. Local pickup is also welcome.

What if I don't have a digital logo file?+

No problem — our digitizing service converts your artwork (even a sketch) into a professional stitch file.
